We leave 30 minute gaps between bookings to ensure that we high traffic areas are being sanitized by our on site studio representatives. To assist us in keeping the space well kept, please adhere to our checkout process - you will find a QR code near our front door! Please scan and provide help in the cleaning process.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
