Featuring two west-facing windows that flood the room with afternoon light, OTU offers a calm, grounding atmosphere ideal for artists, writers, bodyworkers, coaches, designers, and facilitators. The space includes a decorative fireplace mantle, French doors for both privacy and flow, and a closet for storage. OTU is especially well-suited for photoshoots, content creation, 1:1 sessions, and quiet meetings.
