About the Space
The studio is a perfect fit for projects that take place at an authentic Manhattan "shoe-box" apartment. It is a small studio that is very space-efficient and is perfect for student film and photo shoots. This is a legit shoe box apartment! If your crew and cast consists of more than 8 people we unfortunately cannot accommodate you. The smaller the group and amount of equipment, the better!

Since this is a studio where I personally stay at times, cleaning is a number one priority and all of the amenities are always refreshed and cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
