    About the Space

Welcome to our private luxury tropical estate in North Miami, an exclusive one-acre gated property featured in Luxe Magazine of South Florida and selected as a filming location for a FIFA commercial campaign for Ferrero Rocher. This resort-style oasis offers multiple cinematic outdoor settings ideal for television commercials, feature films, branded content, editorial photography, fashion campaigns, and luxury lifestyle productions. The estate features lush tropical landscaping, a resort-style swimming pool, covered cabana, expansive patio, natural stone fire pit, and generous open green space. Mature specimen trees—including Royal Poinciana, Cuban Palms, Live Oaks, Traveler Palms, Ceiba Speciosa, and Gumbo Limbo trees—create a variety of unique backdrops that can evoke everything from a private luxury residence to a tropical resort. By day, the property is bright, vibrant, and filled with natural light. After sunset, professionally illuminated landscape lighting beneath the tree canopy transforms the estate into a warm, elegant setting ideal for evening productions. The gated one-acre layout provides privacy, multiple camera angles, and flexibility for crews, making it easy to capture a wide range of looks without leaving the property.
