About the Space
Book our home for Filming, Photos, Events such as casting, auditions, business meetings, and much more. we ask that you respect our space and treat it with love and care. We are located in Arleta off the 5 freeway about 12 mins from Burbank. The home is available to shoot inside and outside except for bedrooms. You may shoot in the front(as long as the house number is not shown in the images) inside and backyard of the house. Staging the home is allowed. There are 2 trash cans available during the rental. Any large trash by the productions must bring their trash bins or call a trash pick-up service.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
