Book our home for Filming, Photos, Events such as casting, auditions, business meetings, and much more. we ask that you respect our space and treat it with love and care. We are located in Arleta off the 5 freeway about 12 mins from Burbank. The home is available inside and outside except for bedrooms. There are 2 trash cans available during the rental. Any large trash must be taken upon departure. Over 35 guest also requires portable restroom rental for an extra charge home owner can arrange the rental.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
