Nestled in a lush, French-Italian villa atmosphere, our property features beautifully landscaped gardens, charming fountains, and stunning mountain views, especially breathtaking at sunset. Guests can explore the space via well-defined paths that connect various areas, including a large dining space with a table and chairs, multiple benches throughout the property, and small outdoor tables ideal for intimate conversations. A covered patio provides a cozy seating area, perfect for more relaxed moments. While we welcome guests to personalize their event with additional services such as extra tables or decorations, we ask that these arrangements be discussed with us prior to booking. Please note that we accommodate small to medium-sized gatherings, and our pricing reflects this. For larger events like weddings and corporate functions, we require additional arrangements to be made ahead of any booking to ensure the space meets your needs and is priced accordingly. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we allow beer and hard seltzers but restrict other types of liquor unless provided by a licensed company. We also ask that music levels remain respectful of the surroundings, and we can work flexibly with guests on specific requests. Whether you’re hosting a casual gathering or capturing stunning photos, our venue offers the perfect blend of elegance and flexibility, making it an ideal choice for your special occasion.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
