The layout is open, airy, and bright with a ton of natural lighting. Not your typical Florida/Clearwater residence. This home is a beautiful A-frame wood-style home with a tropical pool area. Front yard and backyard usage are included in booking.

*This is a personal residence and has personal items around the property for daily use. If there is something that you would like moved, please speak with the on-site manager for the maintenance of objects.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
