The open, airy space offers South facing windows, 12 foot ceilings, Fios Gigabit Wi-Fi, dedicated 125amp electric service, 12 grounded outlets, kitchenette, private bathroom, folding tables and chairs, entry ramp, three off street parking spaces, and a digital keypad for self access. Window treatments are available to control lighting. Production equipment included with rental includes c-stands, backdrop stand, seamless paper (black/white/grey), sandbags, and assorted reflectors and clamps.
