Located at the heart of beautiful New Smyrna Beach Florida this newly renovated studio offers roughly 1300 square feet of workspace on a brand-new Ocean-style epoxy floor. The location is right next to historic Canal Street offering dozens of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The studio is outfitted with 7 Pole fitness poles that retract to the ceiling available for use or to be up and out of the way. 7 TRX systems are also in place. The studio is located at a business park that has 3 Airbbs on site. Perfect for any teacher training seminars that want to combine an extremely fair rate for the units for the studio rental. Allows sleeping 12 on-site if needed. Further, the business park has a Bistro offering coffee, protein shakes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beer/wine with live music in the evening. Also, estheticians, lash artists, and massage businesses are on site. If an Airbnb is rented, there is also a beer garden and hot tub available. The studio is incredibly photogenic with the beautiful new epoxy floor. A great place to do live classes online. As this is a business park there are no residential noise ordinances and you can dance all night with music and the colorful lights. Please call with any questions!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
