About the Space
The Clussy Compound is a two house, five artist residence located in Boyle Heights. UV is an experienced mural artist, set decorator and art director. If you’re needing any extra assistance their day rate is $300. INDOOR Pussy Palace Bedroom: Ultra feminine pink suite with green, sea foam and gold accents. 108 sqft Butterfly Dining Room: Mid century modern aesthetic with green walls and pink and orange accents Moo Core Kitchen: Retro kitchen with blue cow print mural Room can be rearranged and objects can be removed. Please place everything back where it was when you’re done. OUTDOOR Spacious, green backyard perfect for photos shoots. The shaded concrete area can be cleared out and used for set installments. Furniture must be placed back where it was originally found Power tools may be used on site from 10am-9pm. Please clean up any messes. ——— * 2 studio soft box lights, 1 overhead soft box light and 1 silver/gold reflector are available for use. Please ask before arrival *Only one space is available for shooting at a time. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
