Before and after each event, our space undergoes a thorough cleaning process to ensure it is spotless and sanitized. Pre-Event Cleaning: Our team carefully cleans and sanitizes all surfaces, including tables, countertops, and seating areas. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and high-touch areas are disinfected to provide a fresh, hygienic space for your event. Post-Event Cleaning: After your event, we handle all the cleaning, including disposing of trash, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing restrooms. This ensures the space is ready for the next group of guests. We use eco-friendly cleaning products to keep the environment safe and healthy for everyone. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
