Restrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and countertops. Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper. Sweep and mop restroom floors with a disinfectant solution. 2. During Operating Hours: Bar Counter & Surfaces: Regularly wipe down the bar counter and high-touch areas with a sanitizing solution. Immediately clean up spills and remove any debris from the bar area. Glassware & Utensils: Continuously clean and sanitize glassware as it is used. Keep the bar sink clean and organized, regularly changing water if hand washing is used. Trash Disposal: Regularly empty trash bins and replace liners. Ensure trash bins have lids. Restrooms: Periodically check and clean restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean. 3. Post-Closing Cleaning: Bar Counter & Surfaces: Thoroughly wipe down all bar counters, shelves, and high-touch areas with a disinfectant solution. Clean all tables and seating areas. Bar Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store all bar tools and glassware. Clean and sanitize beverage dispensers, taps, and coffee machines. Floor: Sweep and mop the entire bar area with a floor cleaner and disinfectant. Move furniture if necessary to clean hard-to-reach areas. Trash Disposal: Empty all trash bins, replace liners, and take out the trash to the designated area. Restrooms: Perform a deep clean of restrooms, including all surfaces, mirrors, and floors. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
