This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath single family home is centrally located between Wilmington and Newark and close to major transportation routes 95 to PA, NJ, and MD, 141 and Rt. 1 to the beach and Dover. This home is a two story, single family home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a fenced in side yard with private side door exit for dogs. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and a third with a full sized bed on the first floor with an adjacent full bath and laundry. There is the ability to close a door to the first floor bedroom and full bath to make it an en suite. The first floor bedroom might be a good option for those with mobility issues as there is only one single step to the first floor at the front door entry. There is a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor with a dedicated dining room and living room on the first floor. The home shares a driveway with a separate, rear bedroom apartment. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. We do allow dogs at this property and we have a non refundable pet fee of $150 per stay.
