Cleaning Process for Events: We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. Here’s what you can expect: 1. Pre-Event Cleaning: The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your event. This includes disinfecting surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas. 2. During the Event: Our staff will conduct periodic checks to ensure that the space remains clean and tidy throughout your event. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests to use if needed. 3. Post-Event Cleaning:After the event, our team will clean the space again, focusing on removing any waste, disinfecting surfaces, and restoring the area to its original condition. We ask that guests help by disposing of trash and keeping the space organized. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
