About the Space
Event Center is a perfect temporary work space, corporate retreats, seminars, workshops, professional training. Shiraz room is good for group training and presentation up to 30 people. The Sage room hosts 8 people for smaller meetings and the Saffran room (upstairs) host up to 15 people. the lounge is a great place to hang out and have cup of coffee.... Back patio is covered and can host up to 30 people Parking - mainly street parking. the driveway can host up to 6 cars

I allow one day between each booking for a deep cleaning and sanitization. I also am expecting the tenants keep the space clean and organized
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
