Use the entire building, a full floor, or a single room. There's plenty of space for your big celebration! Accommodates 275 people. Ideally suited for events like weddings, receptions, concerts, performances, large parties, reunions, conferences, classes, training courses, or vender events. Smaller, adjacent rooms can be used for changing, staging, breaks, or storage. The building has 2 stories. The main floor has the largest space, an adjacent small room, mens' and ladies' restrooms, and and spacious foyer. Downstairs has another large space, a conference room, a nursery/children's play room, a food preparation/warming area (not a commercial kitchen), additional mens' and ladies' restrooms, and additional entry/exit doors. Lighting, sound/PA systems, and projectors are included.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
