Smaller, adjacent rooms can be used for changing, staging, breaks, or storage. The building has 2 stories. The main floor has the largest space, an adjacent small room, mens' and ladies' restrooms, and and spacious foyer. Downstairs has another large space, a conference room, a nursery/children's play room, a food preparation/warming area (not a commercial kitchen), additional mens' and ladies' restrooms, and additional entry/exit doors. Lighting, sound/PA systems, and projectors are included.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
