Leaders Loft is a comfortable, yet powerful, place where entrepreneurs and their leaders level up. It's an ideal space to host quarterly off-sites, board meetings or annual retreats. It can also be configured for workshops, trainings and presentations. Our 1,968 sq ft space is located on Indian Creek Plaza in the heart of downtown Caldwell. There are ample restaurant, coffee shop and entertainment options to choose from and sights to see. The building was originally constructed in 1913. The decor of the space includes the original brick and wood rafters with clean modern lines. Features: - Boardroom for up to 8 people with custom cement conference table - Community room for up to 25 people with modular tables on castors for boardroom, classroom and presentation configurations - Large common area with Chesterfield leather couches - Kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. - Tall ceilings, open rafters and large windows and skylights create a bright, open environment. Additional Notes: Two, two-stall restrooms (mens and womens) are located right outside the Loft. An elevator is available.
