Our venue is a stunning white, blank canvas, perfect for hosting intimate celebrations such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. Designed to adapt to your unique style and vision, the space offers a clean, modern aesthetic to bring your dream event to life. The space fits up to 80 seated guests. More for cocktail style events. We provide up to 80x white Americana chairs, 15x tables, 10 white children’s Americana chairs, 4 white kids tables, tableware - 80x plates, 80x set of cutlery, white linens, and a range of complimentary inclusions to make planning effortless. The venue also features a portable JBL Party Box speaker and microphone for speeches and music, ensuring your event runs smoothly. Multiple white and brown sofas, mirrors and white tables are all included in bookings. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a large stone-top bench, single fridge, microwave, kettle, and tea and coffee provisions. A spacious bathroom is also available for added convenience. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a milestone celebration, our venue offers the perfect setting to create unforgettable memories. Bump in and bump out time needs to be included in booking time frame. Overtime fees apply.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
