*CAN ONLY ACCEPT STILL SHOOTS FOR THE TIME BEING * Tucked between Paramount and Sunset studios, this 1930s Spanish-style two-bedroom Artist's apartment offers gorgeous original details while giving a nod to old Hollywood— curved archways, tiled fireplace/mantel, beautiful crown moulding, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. The owner is an art curator and the apartment is filled with original works from painters, sculptors, and installation artists. There are two balconies, one framed with beautiful curved arches and the other a covered, wrought-iron. The second bedroom has been converted into a painter’s studio. The stairwell leading to the apartment doubles as a little library with a gallery wall. One to two gated parking spaces leading to the back door. Please message me if you need additional hours. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
