Small family farm on 1.3 acres. Features include domesticated alpacas, chickens, ducks, and turkeys. Large level front grassy yard with excellent sunset views, side yard with smaller level space overlooking large lavender planting area and working beehive. Working garden areas and small rustic greenhouse. Fire pit with adjacent chicken coop. Event space includes the use of 6 large wood picnic tables and benches, which can be moved around the space to the desired location. The use of animals outside of their enclosure requires advanced communication.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
