This massive space used to be a local community center; it feels slightly haunted and somewhat terrifying. It would be perfect for an AA meeting scene, horror film, music video, or anything else you'd need a sizeable customizable space for. The parking is extremely convenient; it can hold equipment trailers, and everything is ground level. This space has natural lighting that already provides a dramatic scenery. This is an abandoned building, so it's very worn and broke up. However, we do keep it clean, and it's prepped for production.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
