Upon entering the Heights Compound, you are graced with a large and inviting entryway adjacent to the spacious living room which features a professionally installed Control4 home theater and surround sound system equipped with a 75” smart TV, universal wireless remote, 12” subwoofer, soundbar and in-ceiling speakers). This space can be leveraged as a space for your production. The entire main level features custom hardwood floors throughout (no LVP). As you make your way to the dining room, you are presented with a beautiful live-edge wood dining table with seating for up to 8 adults on a designer vegan leather bench and 360-degree turning chairs for ease of use. Use this as part of your production space - features nearby power outlets for electronics and plenty of natural lighting (dimmable lighting is also available). Access the large walk-in butler’s pantry to grab a light bite from the breakfast carousel or to hydrate at our barista bar featuring an assortment of Keurig coffee pods and Tazo teas.
