Traditional style home with 3 bedroom home, 2 floors, “great room”, dining room, 3 bathrooms. Props are available for additional rate. Great place for filming and photography. Will charge OT for over 12 hr day at 1.5. No more than 35 people allowed unless fee negotiated. Backyard is a great space for catering and craft service.

Professional cleaners between productions. The space will always be clean. You must clean up after the shoot and take garbage with you to dumpster.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
