Create, Elevated. WORBOYS / events is a refined, design-forward production space crafted for photographers, filmmakers, and creative teams. Located in the heart of Cherry Creek North, the space blends indoor and outdoor environments with curated concierge support, offering a seamless backdrop for shoots of all kinds. From branded content to editorial work, WORBOYS / events is designed to elevate every frame and streamline every production detail. The venue features 500 sq ft of natural-light-filled shooting space in the front, complemented by an additional 275 sq ft in the back for staging, equipment, and storage—allowing crews to move efficiently from setup to capture. Location WORBOYS / events sits in the vibrant center of Cherry Creek North, surrounded by high-end retail, restaurants, and urban texture—ideal for both on-site and nearby location shoots. Conveniently located at Third Ave & Detroit St, the space offers easy load-in access and ample paid street parking for crew and gear. Studio / Boardroom This versatile, light-filled room doubles as a shooting environment or production hub. Soft natural light, neutral tones, and layered textures create a clean, editorial-ready backdrop. Equipped with Wi-Fi and Apple TV, the space also supports client viewing, video playback, or remote collaboration. A mirrored wall enhances depth and light, making it ideal for both still photography and video work. Front Room The main studio space offers a warm, modern aesthetic with large windows that flood the room with natural light throughout the day. Leather seating, curated decor, and flexible layouts allow teams to style the environment to fit their vision—whether shooting lifestyle content, interviews, or branded campaigns. Furniture can be easily reconfigured or cleared to create a blank canvas for full creative control. Patio Extend your shoot outdoors with access to a private patio—perfect for lifestyle scenes, golden hour captures, or casual production breaks. The space offers a natural extension of the studio with authentic Denver ambiance. Back Room & Restroom Designed with production flow in mind, the back room functions as a dedicated staging area for gear, wardrobe, hair & makeup, or catering. The kitchenette includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, glassware, and ceramic mugs to support long shoot days. Even the restroom is thoughtfully designed, maintaining a cohesive, elevated aesthetic throughout the entire space. Health and Safety Measures

CLEANUP General Cleanliness All areas of the event space must be kept clean and tidy throughout the event. Upon conclusion of the event, the space is expected to be returned to its initial condition, accounting only for typical wear and tear associated with general use. Post-Event Cleaning Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their event, including: removing decorations, packaging, and personal items. Trash Disposal All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. Any excessive trash will be charged. Trash beyond 3 standard trash bags will be removed at a fee of $10/bag. Spills and Stains Any spills or stains should be cleaned immediately to prevent damage. Any stains that require additional attention needs to be reported to Landlord and may incur additional costs. Cleaning supplies will be provided. Restroom Maintenance Restrooms should be checked periodically during the event and kept tidy. Report any issues to Landlord for prompt attention. Additional Cleaning Fees If the space requires extensive cleaning after the event, additional cleaning fees may apply. By following these policies, we can ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all events. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
