CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
- Please check-out by 11 AM on the day your reservation states.
- We will handle the cleaning of any linens or towels, please we do ask that you don't make any of the beds.
- Take your garbage and recyclables and place them in the garbage container located side yard by the side gate.
- If you used any dishes or the grill during your stay, we do ask that you clean them. Dish soap is provided (under the kitchen sink)
- Do not put food, hair, or feminine products down the drain.
- Unplug, dispose the coffee filter and rinse the coffee pot
- Unplug the bread toaster
- Put all used kitchen towels on top of the kitchen counter and used bath towels on the bathroom counter.
- Ensure all lights/TV/arcade/Fans and faucets are turned off and put the TV remote back where you found them.
- Turn the Temp upstairs and downstairs (HEAT down to 65 or AC up to 85 degrees)
- Shades are shut in every room and the secret password is nine, one, five, eight
- Do not leave any perishable food or open dry food (chips, cereal, etc...)
- You are welcome to leave unopened boxed or canned food, water, pop and beer in the fridge or pantry. secret password is nine, one, five, eight.
- Lock back dack door, side door in the downstairs bathroom and also front entrance door by pushing on the Yale sign on the keypad.
