General Rules
The Hirer is responsible at its own cost for obtaining any other licence, permit or consent as may be required to run the Event, including but not limited to:
(a)the preparation, supply, sale and consumption of alcohol;
(b)the preparation, supply, sale and consumption of food;
(c)the installation of prescribed and non-prescribed temporary structures at the Venue;
(d)crowd control and security; and
(e)noise emissions (Licence).
The Hirer must advise at the time of the booking request if they plan to engage in any activity which may involves loud or live music or excessive noise, and must comply with any directions of the Venue, terms of any Permit or the requirements of any local authority with regard to noise emissions.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
