My space is good for a small get-together of up to 30-35 people. It works well for birthdays, art shows, private chef tastings, filming, photoshoots, private day parties, brunches, date nights, gender reveals, memorial services, bartending training, music videos, podcasts, and so much more. (Lights for filming and photography can be provided upon request). There’s an art gallery where you can hang portraits and paintings, there is a living room area where you can relax, socialize, host, watch TV, and cook, there’s a theatre/game room for small group settings, and an oasis on a 500sqft deck that hosts parties and events with a full bar, projector, cabana, cocktail tables, fountain, seating for up to 20+ people, and full privacy. (Amenities upon request are valet, filming lights, ring lights, small lights, bartender, chef, driver, alcohol, menus, desserts, and hookahs.)
