My husband and I are Airbnb superhosts that build properties with multiple amenities so coworkers, families and friends can create lasting memories during their stay. When it comes to Peerspace we have lots of cute areas to for special photoshoots. Our property includes: A) Outdoor - High fences for 360 privacy, pool with fountain and small waterfall, hot tub, outdoor lounge chairs, umbrella, cafe lights, flood lights. B) Indoor - Photo green wall with neon sign, movie theater, arcade, ping pong table, poker table, foosball table, air hockey table, disco ball, slipper bath tub, skylights in bathrooms, queen and king size beds, fully stocked kitchen, 3 dining areas, gas fireplace in living room, record wall and lots of natural light (controlled by blinds).

Our cleaning process involves professional staff that maintain pristine conditions for each new guest. We also ensure that the home gets a hypoallergenic deep cleaning in the event pets are brought onto the property.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
