The sleek brick walls, high ceiling, and and open floor plan allows you and your guests to enjoy the Victorian space with a modern loft feel. To prevent extra fees we ask guests to leave the space as clean as they arrived to avoid additional fees. The cleaning crew will come in for sanitizing. Placing trash is designated areas is required for all guests. There is a $55 cleaning fee
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
