About the Space
Our library is the perfect setting for meetings, presentations, classes, and auditions. It is also a great area for receptions when combined with our lobby. Max. occupancy is 34 people and the space can be configured in a variety of ways to serve your event/meeting best. We also have plenty of restrooms and a small break room to store any food needs.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning crew come from 2-3 times a week to clean the entire space.
Please note: any violation while cast and/or crew are on site (alcohol on site or consumed, smoking, special effects, atmospheric haze): these violations can start at $250 per occurrence and can exceed based on the damaged incurred. All commercial filming requires a film permit with FilmLA.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
