The BG Clubhouse Cleaning Rules Includes: 1. Leave the Space as You Found It: Please ensure that the studio is left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival. This includes returning all furniture and props to their original positions. 2. Dispose of Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins. Please do not leave food, drinks, or any personal items behind. 3. No Glitter or Confetti: To maintain the cleanliness of the space, glitter, confetti, or similar materials are prohibited unless pre-approved. If used, additional cleaning fees may apply. 4. Spills or Damage: Any spills or damage to furniture, floors, or equipment must be cleaned up and reported immediately to avoid additional charges. 5. Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee is included in all bookings to cover basic cleaning and sanitation. However, excessive mess or failure to follow the cleaning rules may incur additional charges. 6. End of Session: Please account for cleaning and resetting time within your booking. Failure to vacate on time may result in overtime charges. These rules ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all studio users.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
