About the Space
We have a recently-opened, high-quality and affordable theatre rehearsal space for hire. -Available Monday - Friday (10:30am - 5:30pm) subject to availability at a cost of £30 ( + VAT) per hour. It is offered with house lighting only and with no access to the sound system or theatre lighting rig. -If you would like a technician provided, then the theatre space is £40 + VAT per hour to hire, but please note it will not be a "blank stage" and you will be working on top of someone elses set. -If your event requires the use of our FOH staff and Bar, there will also be an extra cost. Please get in touch for a breakdown. If you'd like to use our space for conferences, readings, filming or other public events please get in touch for bespoke rates. -We have always held the ethos of accessibility and supporting emerging artists; we have subsidised rates available on a case by case basis. -If you are interested in a full performance using our 200 seater, the theatre is available 10:30-10pm at £1000+VAT/day (includes use of tech, DT, selling tickets if needed).

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
