From DJ dance parties and bachelor/bachelorette bashes to wedding receptions, birthdays, holiday gatherings, and corporate events—we’re ready to make your celebration legendary. 🪩🎉 PRICING & BAR MINIMUMS: $50/hour covers the rental of your private space. Pricing varies based on the day, time, and whether you’re vibing with Rick’s (up to 125 people) or Roxy’s (up to 175 people). Both sides connect as well so if have more then 175 + you can take over both sides for your next event. Be sure to include your preferred side or both in your inquiry! Bar minimums can be met with individual tabs or the host covering the group. MUSIC OPTIONS: You call the shots! 🎶 Bring in your own DJ or stream a Spotify playlist through our sound system. FOOD POLICY: Feel free to bring your own food—we’ve got 4- or 6-foot tables to make setup easy. GOOD-TO-KNOW INFO: All guests must be 21+ with valid ID. We love flexibility but appreciate a heads-up on event details to ensure everything’s smooth and groovy. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Thorough Cleaning Between Events: After every event, our team performs a deep cleaning of the entire space, including high-touch areas like door handles, seating, tables, and restrooms. We sanitize all surfaces using hospital-grade disinfectants. Daily Sanitization: Our venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily, with special attention to high-traffic areas, ensuring the space is spotless and fresh for each guest. Restroom Cleanliness: Restrooms are cleaned and restocked frequently during events to ensure they remain fresh and sanitary at all times. Trash and Recycling: We ensure all trash and recycling are promptly removed after each event to maintain a clean, clutter-free environment. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we go above and beyond to ensure every corner of our space is clean, sanitized, and ready for you to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
