Every surface is disinfected, including countertops, appliances, and frequently touched spots like door handles and light switches. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and all surfaces are wiped down to ensure a hygienic environment.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
