Have your meetings in a private and beautiful multi-use loft. Open Arts Studio is located in a historic arts building in DUMBO. While primarily a rehearsal space for non-profit dance companies and freelance dancers Open Arts Studio is available to rent for events including small performances, meetings, photoshoots, and small parties. Information about the studio: 1250 square feet (43' x 29 ') Beautiful wood floors. WiFi in the space. 2 columns White walls 2 Windows 1 Stereo with Bluetooth, aux cable, and CD player. 1 mirror 6' x 8' Adjustable heat and dAC. No tap shoes or pointe shoes. We also offer affordable lock-outs for dance and theater companies looking for a dedicated space for a short period of time. This space is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere.

Open Arts Studio is cleaned frequently. The studio is aired out between rehearsals. We have 2 windows and 2 fans. There is hand sanitizer as well as paper masks, and disinfecting wipes near the door.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
