This space is great for photo and video shoots with a green wall and "Queen City" neon sign. There is plenty of natural light through the large front window with the option to use blackout curtains to make it dark and moody. This space is perfect for lifestyle or product shoots. It's all newly redone with a full coffee bar in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms on one side of the house that can be used as changing rooms or hair & makeup rooms located right next to the bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
