Located right off the 78 / 76 and 5 freeways near Oceanside BLVD and College BLVD, this 3000 sqft warehouse space is great for photoshoots, video interviews, workshops, and more. It comes with high-speed internet, plenty of outlets, and access to power. There is a break room in the same space perfect for hosting crew and/or talent with Couches, Chairs, Tvs, and a kitchen area for team lunches. It's also a great space to work during the day between any photo / video moments and there's admin work to execute. To enter, you can enter through the front door, and walk through our reception and break room before getting into the warehouse space. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
