About the Space
We are happy to share our Upstate Estate Grounds and Guest house available for Photoshoots, Commercials, and Events.
When you enter the grounds you will immediately feel like you are in a Private Park, which includes, a large Pond with a waterfall, and an old Natural Pool which also has a waterfall.
Hiking Trails, a Private Pool perched on top of a hill.
We also include a Guest house ( 1 bedroom with full bath and Kitchen and large Living room, great for Hair and Makeup)

We are a short drive from Manhattan ( about an hour's drive or 55 min Metro North Train ride)
We are happy to work with you for whatever the needs are.

Health and Safety Measures
Grounds are cleaned and picked up. For the Guest house, we clean in between renters, bathrooms and kitchen are always cleaned and disinfected
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
