This building is owned by the Female And Minority Entrepreneurs Network, a nonprofit 501c3 and can be rented at a large discount if you qualify. The building is perfect for meetings, classes, seminars, small parties, photo shoots, sip and paint, fitness boot camps and intimate gatherings. The building has one unisex bath room. Tables and chairs are available for rent. Outside food and catering is allowed. The building has a mini refrigerator, utility sink and serving area no kitchen, alcohol OK, no smoking is allowed in the building.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
