The interior is a beautiful space perfect for photography sessions or movie scenes. The house was built in 1890 and has been perfectly updated to accentuate the age of the home. The house was recently featured as a "home of the week" in a metro Louisville, KY newspaper. The house has tall ceilings throughout, 4 bedrooms upstairs, an open living space with a fireplace downstairs as well as an updated kitchen, formal dining room, and a library/study. There is also a large front porch that looks out to the entrance of the Ohio River Greenway.

We have been operating as a short-term rental for a while so the entire home has been cleaned at least once a week after every stay.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
