Beautiful roomy Brooklyn Heights apartment. Perfect for cozy photoshoots capturing the quaint NYC lifestyle. Can work for video shoots (6-8 people max) Dining room (seats up to 8) with vinyl turntable and small french balcony (french doors into the living room) (balcony opens into the buildin's courtyard) Sundrenched large living room with pullout couch, desk area, bookshelves, and working flat screen TV (french doors open into the dining room) Cozy queen sized room (note this room does not get as much light as the rest of the unit) Fully working sunny kitchen with checkered floors (window into the building courtyard) Cozy pink bathroom with tub and window (window faces the courtyard as well) Note: everything in the apartment is moveable as long as you it's put back in its place after the space is used. Quiet hours begin at 10PM in the building. Shoot us a message–we can make most events/shoots work :)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
