Welcome to our historic mill loft turned rustic event venue, a beautiful and versatile space designed to bring your gathering to life. With 1,600 sq ft of open layout space and capacity for up to 100 guests, it’s ideal for birthdays, baby showers, bridal gatherings, workshops, and creative events. Key features & highlights: • Built-in bar area • Huge windows letting in natural light • Exposed brick, wood beams, vintage character • Tables, chairs, restrooms, sink area, parking included • Easy load-in, ground-level access with freight elevator , nearby major roads Over time we’ve hosted a variety of events (especially kids’ birthday parties & baby showers), and we love helping clients transform this space into something magical. Space is cleaned and disinfected daily and deep cleaned by a license professional weekly and after every event

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
