We follow a thorough cleaning process:
Deep Cleaning: Before each rental, we conduct a deep clean of the entire studio. This includes sanitizing all surfaces, props, and equipment to ensure a spotless environment.
Regular Disinfection: High-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and equipment are disinfected between sessions. We use EPA-approved cleaners for effective sanitization.
Ventilation: We ensure proper ventilation in the studio. After each session, we open windows (when possible) to refresh the air and reduce any lingering odors.
Equipment Maintenance: All photography equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly. We check for any issues and make sure everything is in top condition for your shoot.
Guest Supplies: We provide hand sanitizer and wipes for your convenience. We encourage you to use these throughout your time in the studio.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
