Welcome! Our original cinder block home was built in 1950. We live in South Land Park, 10 minute walk to the Sacramento Zoo and William Land Park. We are a 5 minute drive to Golden one Center /DOCO and midtown. In our home we have a beautiful original wall of windows that are truly special that lends it self to an open indoor / outdoor floor plan. Remodeled kitchen and master bath that we love. Just a cool vibe and space. We love to entertain and have parties, feel free to ask to inquire about any event you want to have. Cheers! Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
