New Studio - PROMOTIONAL pricing. This pricing will not last long!! This lovely photo studio is for rent! Note - this is not a natural light studio. Thus, lighting equipment is included in the rental. 2,800 square foot studio (about 1800 usable for shooting) - great for video productions, boudoirs, and portraits. You can also use the outdoor rooftop space (weekdays only)! Look what's included: (2) Godox 300 strobes (2) Godox DP400 strobes (1) Godox SK400 strobe Several large parabolic umbrellas Deep parabolic softbox Standard octobox Several strip boxes with grids Reflectors galore Nightstands Backdrop options include seamless paper as well as an infinity cove. Set options include a library set, bed, tub, several chair options, etc. Great for boudoir shoots! The reception/sitting area comes equipped with a 47-inch OLED monitor with an HDMI connection, so it's great to use as a selling space for your images. Also, doubles as a lovely lifestyle photo setup. Last - comes fully equipped with a make-up station and a separated dressing room with a steamer and clothing rack.

The space is commercially cleaned every evening. Between bookings, all areas are wiped down and disinfected.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
