About the Space
A gorgeous sun-drenched room with a full kitchen, a waterfall stone island, a mezzanine, and a lounge area. Includes an outdoor patio for use, too! This is a room for everyone, but this building has magic that resonates strongly with the design/art/architecture set. Best for small gatherings of under 50 people, like cocktail parties, company meetings, photoshoots, daytime gatherings, or intimate dinner parties. We've had weddings, chef dinners, baby showers, and family gatherings on site, and we've decided to share our space to let other folks enjoy what we've built. It's really special in here. The only downside is that we share the private lower floor and backyard with another business and resident, respectively, so anything that runs super noisy or late is best left to another venue.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
