History of the space: The Play Space is an original 1940s office building in the heart of Beverly Hills. Main "Performance" space- White room ready to be filled with your creative energy! Flex space, many ways to set up seating, performance area, parties, screenings etc. Neighborhood details Our space is located near the best restaurants and surrounded by the beautiful Beverly Hills neighborhoods. Street parking and public lot parking within walking distance for guests. Logistics The Play Space is 12' x 58' with fresh white walls, tons of natural light streaming in from a west facing window and two large sky lights. Space comes empty unless otherwise discussed. Entry and load-in is easily accessible through the rear and front doors. Rental includes access to our kitchenette, bathroom, 2 folding tables, 4 - 8 chairs, lounge seating (sofas, coffee table etc) Set-up is flexible to your needs. Information about past bookings: We have had the pleasure to host many artists and their work- performance artists, table readings, rehearsals, acting classes, breath workshops, castings etc.
