The 2nd half features a rustic theme with open layout perfect for dining, art gallery, movie night, or dancing. These two spaces are connected and share 3 restrooms. Our workshop is in the heart of Midtown, St. Louis City. On Historic Automotive Row, featuring one of the largest footprint buildings on the block, built in the early 1900's as an automotive manufacturing facility and showroom. Converted and modernized to an automotive customs facility and storage, as well as a Café and Bar (under construction). This building features plentiful finished, restored, running, and under renovation unique vehicles. This automotive workshop has a unique look, with amazing overhead lighting, skylights, and large showroom windows looking onto the main street (all different options for lighting for filming, photography, and general work or events).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
