This beachside property is perfect for photos shoots, offsite meetings, large dinners, movies, chill gatherings, outside barbeques and more. It is flooded with light on the top floor entertainment are with spectacular sunsets and sunrises over the back of the house. There is a large livingroom and sectional sofa for meetings or to watch videos or chill. There are two rooms that can be used for changing or breakout sessions. There is a large outside patio on the street level (walk street) for entertaining or a breakout session, and a patio upstairs or a nice sunset cocktail reception, BBQ or just to chill.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
